Gifts from Germany
Germany is a country people carry with them, whether they were born there, lived there on a work posting, or simply can't stop talking about the bread, the beer gardens and the trains that run on time. A gift for someone with a German connection lands when it reflects that personal link. A tee with Germany across the chest is a fine start, but adding a city, a region or a year of their time there makes it theirs. Germany is also the kind of place people visit again and again, so a shirt or mug that reads like a trip memory tends to get worn on the anniversary of the trip rather than sitting in a drawer. For a new German citizen, an expat getting back into the routine of home, or a friend who speaks the language better than you do, the right product signals that you noticed where they come from and cared enough to say so.
