Picking a gift for a grad intern
A grad intern is usually a student working a summer or semester placement, often in a lab, an office or a clinic, trying to figure out whether this field is really for them. The long days, the unfamiliar jargon and the first real deadlines can feel like a lot, so a gift that says they belong there lands well. A tee or hoodie with grad intern on it works for the first day on site, and a mug on their desk turns a borrowed chair into a real spot. What makes it theirs is the second line: add their department, the company or program name, or the season they're interning, so it reads as a specific moment rather than a generic title. Many designs have a text box for that detail, and the live preview lets you check the spacing before you order.
Grad Intern gift questions
Can I add a company or program name to the shirt?
Yes. Most designs have a second line. Type the program, department or season there, and the live preview will show how it fits before you order.
Can I use this for a whole intern class?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person, so every intern gets a shirt with their own name.
Is there a version for a graduate intern versus an undergrad intern?
The design is the same, so you can add whichever detail matches them, such as their degree, program or graduation year, in the second line.
What sizes do the grad intern shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a grad intern gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
