Picking a gift for an implementation director
An implementation director is the person who takes a plan that looks good in a slide deck and gets it working across real teams, real systems and real deadlines. Their days are full of stakeholder calls, rollout schedules, go-live checklists and the quiet work of chasing down the one team that hasn't signed off. Most of the time nobody sees that work until something launches smoothly, which makes a gift that names their role feel especially good. A tee or hoodie with their title says you noticed what they do. For the office, an 11 oz mug with their title is the one they'll reach for during a long rollout week. If you're buying for a whole project team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's title or name on their own shirt, so the whole group can wear the launch together.
Implementation Director gift questions
Can I add a team, department or project name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a team, a company unit or a project name. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing.
Are there designs for kids or babies?
Yes, with fewer options than the adult styles. A kids tee and a baby onesie are available, so you can use the title as a family joke if you like.
Can I order shirts for everyone on the project team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person so every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the implementation director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an implementation director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
