Picking a gift for an implementation lead
Implementation leads sit between the people who sold the product and the people who have to live with it. They run the kickoff calls, chase sign-offs, untangle the data migration nobody scoped properly, and get the go-live date moved for reasons that were never their fault. Most of the thanks they get comes in the form of a Slack message at the end of a long launch week. A gift that acknowledges that is the one that lands. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a small way of saying you saw what they were holding together. For someone who spends their days on calls, a mug they can take to the next one is practical as well as sweet. If you're buying for a whole implementation team, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which feels more like a thank-you than a round of coffee gift cards. Add a year or a project name on the second line if there's one they'll remember.
Implementation Lead gift questions
Can I add a project name or client name next to the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type in a project, a client, or a year. The live preview shows how it will look before you order.
Are there designs for kids or babies?
Implementation lead has a few kids tee designs and one baby onesie design. They're a fun joke gift for a family member who talks about work at the dinner table.
Is there a design that works for a team rather than one person?
The Team Shop prints one design for a group. You paste a list of names and pick a size for each person, which suits a launch team or a whole implementation group.
What sizes do the implementation lead shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an implementation lead gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
