Picking a gift for an improvement director
An improvement director usually lives somewhere between the budget spreadsheet and the job site, making sure renovations, upgrades and maintenance projects actually get finished on time and within scope. They spend their days coordinating contractors, walking properties, and fielding questions from people who want the building to look better yesterday. What makes a gift land for someone in this role is a nod to the work itself. A tee with their title on the front, plus a second line for a company, a region, or a project name, says you know what they do. A hoodie is useful on cold site visits and early mornings, and a mug keeps the coffee hot through a long planning meeting. Keep the wording simple and accurate to how their organization describes the role, since titles vary a lot between companies.
