Picking a gift for an improvement spec
An improvement specialist usually works on a clock: a project budget, a deadline, a stack of before-and-after photos to justify every change. They might be the one who walks a block of rowhouses with a clipboard, or who sits with a team figuring out why a process keeps stalling. Work like that is rarely visible, so a gift that names the role says you noticed what they do. A tee or dark tee with their title makes a good casual piece for site visits, a hoodie fits the cold walk-throughs and early mornings, and a mug with their name is the one that lives on the desk through a long review cycle. If you want it to feel specific, add their department, their team, or the year they started on the second line. That small detail is what turns a job title into something that belongs to them.
Improvement Spec gift questions
Can I add a name or department to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type a name, a department, or a team into the text box and the preview will update before you order.
Is improvement spec a formal job title?
It's a role that varies between organizations, so the exact title they use may differ. The designs simply print the wording you type, so you can match it to how they describe their work.
Do the kids and baby designs work for this word?
Only some. Kids tees and a baby onesie have designs for this word, so check the product list on the page to see which ones are available.
What sizes do the improvement spec shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an improvement spec gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
