Picking a gift for an instrument manager
An instrument manager keeps a production running. They're the person who tracks which trumpet is out for repair, which violin has a cracked bridge, and which pit player needs a loaner before Saturday's show. The work is quiet and detail-heavy, so the gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge how much of the job happens out of sight. A soft tee for load-in and strike, a hoodie for the cold loading dock, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they drink while checking the inventory sheet. The easiest way to make it personal is to put their name on it, or the company or venue they manage instruments for, in the second line. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another round of takeout after a long week.
Instrument Manager gift questions
Can I add the name of the company or venue they work for?
Yes. Most designs have a second line where you can type a venue, company, or tour name. The live preview shows how it will look before you order.
Is there a design for a kids or baby version of this word?
There are kids tees and a baby onesie, though those designs are limited. Use the product filter to see exactly which versions are available for this word.
What should I write on the mug for an instrument manager?
A first name works well, since it's the item they'll use daily at a shared prep table. You could also add the ensemble or venue name to make it clearly theirs.
What sizes do the instrument manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an instrument manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
