Picking a gift for an it training manager
An IT training manager spends their days turning confusing software and new security rules into something a whole office can actually use. They plan onboarding sessions, build how-to guides, sit with the person who keeps clicking the wrong button, and then quietly fix the setup so it doesn't happen again. Most of the appreciation they get comes in the form of a helpdesk ticket that finally stops coming in. A gift that acknowledges that patience works well: a tee for the team offsite, a hoodie for the long stretch of a rollout, or a mug for the desk that's been the unofficial help center for years. Put their title on it as the main line, and add their team, department or company initials underneath if they want them there. If you're buying for the whole training group, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
