Picking a gift for a maintenance person
Maintenance people are the ones who get the call when the heat quits at 2 a.m. or the ceiling starts dripping during the staff meeting, and they're usually the first to notice a problem nobody else has seen yet. They carry their tools everywhere, work across every part of a building, and rarely hear a thank-you. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A soft tee for the job site, a hoodie for the cold basement mechanical room, or a mug for the break room where they finally sit down for ten minutes. The personal touch matters: add their name, their title, or the building or crew they keep running, and the shirt or mug becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole maintenance team, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a practical thank-you that nobody will confuse with someone else's.
