Picking a gift for a maintenance tech
Maintenance techs are the people who get the building running again when something breaks at the worst possible hour. They know the boiler's quirks, the one door that always sticks, and which vending machine to kick. A gift that acknowledges that kind of work tends to land better than something generic. A tee for the workshop or the drive to the next job, a hoodie for the cold mornings on the roof or in the basement, or a mug for the break room where they actually sit down for ten minutes. Putting the word maintenance tech on the front makes it theirs, and a second line with their name, their shop or their crew makes it hard to lose. Plenty of techs are proud of a trade they picked up on the job rather than in a classroom, so a shirt that says it plainly tends to get worn more than a fancy one.
