Picking a gift for a manager book
A manager book is for the person who's juggling schedules, one-on-ones, budget reviews and the inevitable Monday fire drill, and who probably keeps a notebook that's half to-do list and half venting space. Managers rarely get gifts that acknowledge the job itself, so a shirt or mug that says Manager Book lands as a small nod to all of it. It works for a first-time lead who just got promoted, a seasoned director who's been running the same team for years, or a coworker who quietly holds everything together. Put the word on a tee they can wear on a casual Friday, or on an 11 oz mug that lives at the desk through the quarterly planning crunch. If you want it more personal, use the second line for their team name, the year they started managing, or the department, and the design starts to read as theirs rather than generic office merch.
