Picking a gift for a manager building
A building manager keeps a place running that most tenants never think about until something breaks. They're on call for leaks, dead outlets, a boiler that won't fire, and the resident who locked themselves out at midnight. Their days are split between paperwork, a ring of keys, and a truck or toolbox that goes everywhere with them. A gift that lands for them acknowledges that constant juggling. A dark tee is practical for work days spent in mechanical rooms and under sinks, and a hoodie covers the cold stairwell or rooftop checks in winter. A mug fits the office corner where the coffee goes cold between phone calls. Put their building's name or their own title on it, the way they'd write it on a work order, and the gift stops being generic and becomes theirs. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a company, a property name or a year they started, to make it specific to the job they actually do.
Manager Building gift questions
Can I add the name of the building or company?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the property or company name there and the preview will show how it fits under the title.
Are there designs for a whole maintenance team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the team's names, and choose a size for each person so everyone gets a shirt with their own name.
Which product works best for someone who works outdoors?
A dark T-shirt or a hoodie is a good choice, since both hide dirt better than light colors. A hoodie adds warmth for cold-weather rounds.
Can I use this for a building manager's retirement or promotion?
Yes. Add the year they started or the year of the milestone on the second line, so the gift marks the moment they're honoring.
What sizes do the manager building shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager building gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
