Picking a gift for a manager card
A manager card usually means someone who keeps a store, restaurant or team running while everyone else looks at the schedule and the sales numbers. They're the first in and often the last out, covering call-outs, handling the cash count and fielding the calls nobody else wants. A gift for them lands when it acknowledges that load without being sappy about it. A soft tee for the stockroom, a hoodie for the cold early opening, or a mug for the office desk where the paperwork piles up all say you've noticed. Adding the store, shift or team name in the second line makes it theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew who's chipped in for the manager, the Team Shop lets you put every person's name on their own shirt, so the gift comes from everyone at once.
