Picking a gift for a manager change
Managers spend a lot of their week absorbing other people's problems, from scheduling conflicts to the one coworker who always forgets the handoff. A gift that acknowledges the role lands better than a generic office item. Someone who's just stepped into management, or has been running a team for years, often ends up in a few different meetings a day, so a mug on the desk or a hoodie for the cold conference room gets used constantly. Think about what the job actually looks like for them. If they're new to managing people, a shirt that says manager on the front and a new title or start year underneath reads as a milestone. If they've been at it a long time, the same design works as a quiet nod to everything they've held together. Adding the team name or department in the second line makes it theirs, not a stock office tee.
Manager Change gift questions
Can I add a team name or department to a manager shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a team, department or year. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before ordering.
Is there a good gift for someone who just got promoted to manager?
A mug or hoodie with their new title and the year they were promoted is a simple way to mark the moment. It's something they'll use every day.
Can I order shirts for everyone on a manager's team?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person, so every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the manager change shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager change gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
