Picking a gift for a manager commissioning
A manager commissioning person is someone who signs off on the fine print that keeps a whole operation running, so the job tends to involve more paperwork, phone calls and quiet problem-solving than anyone outside it would guess. They're usually the one who shows up early and leaves late, and they know which decisions need a second look before anything goes out the door. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee or hoodie they can wear on a weekend off, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the morning coffee before the first meeting, says you noticed what they carry. To make it personal, add their name or the department they manage in the second line. If you're shopping for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a good thank-you for a long project or a promotion.
Manager Commissioning gift questions
Can I add a department or title to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a department, a team name or a year there. The preview updates as you type so you can check the spacing before ordering.
Is there a design for a whole team?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. Paste a list of names and choose a size for each person, and every shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for a manager who just got promoted?
A mug or hoodie with their name and new title works well. It's something they can use every day and it marks the step up without being over the top.
What sizes do the manager commissioning shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager commissioning gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
