Picking a gift for a manager customer
A customer manager spends the day being the person who makes the problem go away. They handle the angry call, the refund that doesn't process, the regular who wants to talk to someone who remembers their name, and they're often the first to hear about a problem and the last to get credit for fixing it. A gift that shows you noticed that work tends to land well. Put the title on a tee or hoodie they can wear on a weekend without it becoming a work uniform, or pick an 11 oz mug for the desk where they keep the call notes and the stress ball. If you want it to feel personal, add their name or team on a second line so it's clearly theirs and not a generic work item. Customer managers often get recognized in team meetings for everyone else's wins, so a small item that's just for them can mean more than the usual card.
Manager Customer gift questions
Can I add their name or team to a customer manager design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a team or a location. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before ordering.
What's a good gift for a customer manager who just got promoted?
A mug or hoodie with their title and the year they moved up. It's something they can use every day and it marks the step they earned.
Can I order for a whole customer service team?
Yes. Pick one design in the Team Shop, paste the list of names and choose a size for each person. Everyone's shirt prints with their own name.
What sizes do the manager customer shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager customer gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
