Picking a gift for a manager functional
A functional manager is the person in the middle who keeps a department running: they own a budget and a team, and they're the one on the hook when a deadline slips or a process breaks. Their day is mostly meetings, status updates and the quiet work of making sure the people who report to them have what they need. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit proud of the job. A tee or hoodie with their title on it gives them something they can wear to the office, the weekend project or the drive home, and a mug that says Functional Manager is the one that keeps their coffee from walking off the break room counter. If you're buying for a whole management team or a department, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each person's name so everyone gets their own size. Add the department or the year they took the role on a second line and the shirt becomes theirs rather than a generic job tee.
Manager Functional gift questions
Can I add a department name under the job title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the department or team there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Is this a good gift for a promotion?
It can be. A mug or tee with the new title marks the moment without being too formal, and it's easy to bring to the office.
Can I order shirts for a whole management team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the manager functional shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager functional gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
