Picking a gift for a manager intelligence
Managers who run teams are usually the last to get thanked and the first to be blamed, so a gift that says they're the one holding it all together lands well. The word here is manager intelligence, which reads as a little tongue in cheek, the kind of thing a team would say about the person who always knows where the schedule is and what the client wants before the meeting starts. A shirt or hoodie for the weekend, a mug for the first coffee of a long planning day, or a onesie for a manager who just became a parent all give them something that feels like it was picked by someone who noticed. Add a second line with their team name, their title or the year they took the role to make it theirs. The shirt doesn't have to be serious; a light joke about how their brain works is often the thing they'll actually wear.
Manager Intelligence gift questions
Can I add a team name or company name under the words?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a unit or a year. Open the design you like and type it in. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is this a good gift for a new manager?
Yes. A shirt or mug marking the start of a new role is a friendly way to say you noticed the step up. Add the year they took the job to make it more personal.
Which product works best for a manager who works from home?
A mug or hoodie tends to get the most use. Mugs fit the daily coffee routine, and a hoodie works for video calls on a cold morning.
What sizes do the manager intelligence shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager intelligence gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
