Picking a gift for a manager maintenance
Maintenance managers keep a building or a fleet running when nobody notices it's running, which means they're often on call, fixing things at odd hours and walking the same halls between work orders. The gifts that land tend to be practical things they can wear on a cold rooftop or use during a long shift. A dark tee hides the grease and dust of a busy day, a hoodie handles the early winter starts, and a mug on the desk is the one thing in the shop that's clearly theirs. The word maintenance on the front tells the crew who's running the place, and a second line with the site, the building or the team turns a generic work shirt into one they'll actually want to wear. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop can put every technician's name on their own shirt under one design. Plenty of facilities teams mark the end of a long project or a busy season with something like that.
Manager Maintenance gift questions
Can I add a building or site name to a maintenance shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the building, campus or team name there and check the preview before you order.
Is manager or maintenance the better word for this gift?
Use whichever matches their job title. You can type either word into the text box, and the designs for each word are listed on their own pages.
Can I order work shirts for my whole maintenance team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the manager maintenance shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager maintenance gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
