Gifts for Manager Social Works

Picking a gift for a manager social work

A social work manager usually started on the front lines, carrying a caseload, sitting in hard intake meetings and driving between home visits, before taking on the budget, the supervision and the staff schedule. Most of the gifts that land for them acknowledge that path. A tee for the long supervision days, a hoodie for the cold drive to the next visit, a mug for the stack of case reviews on the desk. The word itself does most of the work, since Social Work Manager is a title people recognize immediately. Add their agency or unit on a second line if you know it, or their credential like LCSW or MSW if they earned one and would want it shown. It turns a generic work shirt into something that means their role specifically. If you're recognizing a whole team, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which works well around the spring and fall times when many agencies run their appreciation events.
