Picking a gift for a manager training
Managers in training are usually juggling a new title, a team that's still watching how they handle the first hard conversation, and a long list of things to learn at once. A gift for someone in that spot should feel like it's cheering them on, not like a joke about bosses. Think about the early mornings, the first time they run a meeting by themselves, and the stack of onboarding binders they're still working through. A tee or hoodie with their name and the word Manager on it gives them something to wear on day one of the role, and a mug gives them a daily reminder that they earned the spot. Add a second line with the company's department or the year they started in the role, and the design becomes a marker of this exact chapter. Keep the wording simple and let the product do the talking.
Manager Training gift questions
Can I add their name and a department to the design?
Yes. Type their name in the main line and the department or team in the second line, then check the preview before you order.
Is there a version for a whole new management group?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design and paste the names of everyone starting the program, with a size for each person.
Which product suits a new manager best?
A hoodie works well for remote or cold-office days, and a mug is a good everyday reminder. A tee is a casual option for team events.
What sizes do the manager training shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager training gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
