Picking a gift for a manager unit
A manager unit is usually a group of people who keep a team running: planning shifts, handling the hard calls, and absorbing the complaints nobody else wants. They tend to be the first in and the last out, and their gifts are often the ones that acknowledge the extra weight they carry. A tee with their unit name works for a long shift or a casual Friday, and a hoodie is a good pick for the early-morning commute or the cold office. An 11 oz mug with their name is the thing that sits on the desk through every budget meeting. If you're recognizing a whole management group, the Team Shop lets you order one design and paste each person's name so everyone gets their own size. Put the unit or department on the second line so it's clearly theirs, not a generic manager shirt.
Manager Unit gift questions
Can I add a department or unit name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the unit or department there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a design for a manager on a kids shirt or onesie?
Kids tees and a baby onesie have designs too, though the choice is smaller than for adult shirts. Use the product filter to see them.
What's a good gift for a new manager?
A mug or tee with their name and new role marks the promotion in a way they'll keep using. It's personal without being over the top.
What sizes do the manager unit shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager unit gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
