Picking a gift for a managing manager
A managing manager sits a level above the people who run the day to day, so their week is mostly meetings, approvals and the occasional fire that lands on their desk before lunch. They're the one who signs off on schedules, fights for budget and gets pulled into conversations nobody else wants. A gift that acknowledges that job lands better than a generic office tee. Put the title on a shirt and it reads as a joke among colleagues who know how hard the role is. A hoodie is useful for the cold conference room where the thermostat never works, and a mug is the one thing on the desk that's theirs. Add a second line for the team or the department and the gift starts to feel like it came from the people they manage, which is often the thing they'd most like to hear.
Managing Manager gift questions
Can I add my team or department name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the team, department or company division there and check the preview before ordering.
Is managing manager a common job title?
It's used in some organizations for a manager who oversees other managers. If their title is worded differently, type their exact title instead so the gift matches what they put on their business cards.
What's a good gift for a managing manager who just got promoted?
A mug or hoodie with the new title is a simple way to mark the step up. Adding the year they took the role makes it feel more personal.
What sizes do the managing manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a managing manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
