Picking a gift for a managing supervisor
A managing supervisor usually sits between the people doing the work and the people deciding what gets done. They run shift schedules, handle the call when something breaks at two in the afternoon, and carry the team through deadlines that nobody else wants to own. Most of the thanks they get comes at the end of a long week, if at all. A gift that acknowledges the job itself lands well: a tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold office or the warehouse floor, a mug for the first coffee before the phones start. Put their title on it, or add the department or the team name underneath so it reads as theirs, not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a nice way to thank the supervisor who keeps everyone pointed the same direction.
Managing Supervisor gift questions
Can I add a department or team name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the department, shift or team name there and the preview will update so you can check it before ordering.
Is there a design for a supervisor who is also a parent or coach?
You can type a second word or name into most designs, so you can mix the job with another role, like a team name or a family name, to make the shirt more personal.
What's a good gift for a supervisor who's leaving the role?
A mug or tee with their title and the team name works well as a send-off. Add the year they started or the team they led to make it specific.
Can I order for a whole team of managing supervisors?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the managing supervisor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a managing supervisor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
