Gifts from Markleville
Markleville is a small town, and the people who call it home usually know each other, or at least know whose truck is whose. A Markleville shirt is how someone wears that without having to explain it. It works for the person who grew up there and came back, for the relative who left years ago and still checks the local news, and for anyone who's just proud of their hometown. Because the name is short and distinct, it reads cleanly on a tee or a hoodie, and a mug on the kitchen counter does the same job every morning. Think about whether they'd rather have something bold for a Saturday errand or something soft and simple for the couch. Most designs give you a second line, which is a good place for a street, a year they moved there, or a nickname the town uses for itself. That small personal touch is what makes a hometown shirt feel like theirs and not a souvenir.
