Gifts from Mather
Mather is a name that tends to show up on maps and mailboxes rather than in the news, so a shopper buying for someone called Mather or someone from a place called Mather is usually giving to a person with a bit of local pride or a private connection to a particular town. The recipient might have grown up there, moved away and kept the name close, or simply be someone who likes having a place on their chest. A shirt or hoodie with the name on it gives them a quiet nod to home, and it reads just as well at a grocery store in another state as it does on a neighborhood walk. Think about what the person actually does with a place: they hike its trails, cheer at its high school games, or send photos of its sunsets to friends. Those details make a better second line than any generic slogan. The designs come in light and dark tees, kids sizes, hoodies, an 11oz mug and baby onesies, so you can match the gift to the person's age and daily routine.
Mather gift questions
Can I add a second line to a Mather design?
Many designs have a second line for a year, a neighborhood or a short phrase. Open the design you like and type it in. The live preview shows how it will sit on the shirt or mug before you order.
Are there Mather designs for kids and babies?
Yes. Mather designs come as kids tees, kids dark tees and baby onesies. The sizes and styles are listed on the product pages, so you can match the design to the child.
What if I'm not sure the Mather I'm thinking of is the place?
Designs use the name you type, so you can use it as a personal name, a town or a family name. If you're giving it to someone who grew up in a particular Mather, adding a year or street detail helps make it theirs.
What sizes do the mather shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Mather gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
