Gifts from Moffat
Moffat is a small town in Dumfriesshire, Scotland, and most of the people who carry the name have roots somewhere in the Scottish Borders or the wider Lowlands. A Moffat shirt is a way for someone who grew up there, or whose family did, to claim the place even after years away. It also works for the Moffat family itself, since the surname and the town share a name and a lot of people will see the design and ask. For a gift, think about the person's connection: a childhood home they still talk about, a family line they're proud of, or a sense of humor about being asked where they're from. The town name sits on the front of the shirt, and you can add a second line for a year, a family name, or a phrase they'd recognize. Hoodies suit cold-weather wearers, mugs suit the kitchen, and onesies or kids tees pass the name to the next generation.
Moffat gift questions
Is Moffat the name of a place, a surname, or both?
Both. Moffat is a town in Dumfriesshire, Scotland, and it is also a surname. The designs use the word itself, so the shirt will read the same whether the wearer is thinking of the town or the family.
Can I add a second line to a Moffat design?
Many designs have room for a second line, such as a year, a family name, or a short phrase. Type it into the text box and the preview will update before you order.
Can I order Moffat shirts for a whole family or group?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person, so every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the moffat shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Moffat gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
