Gifts from Nerstrand
Nerstrand is a small city in Rice County, Minnesota, and most people who call it home know everybody at the post office by first name. A shirt with the town name is the kind of gift that gets worn to the Friday night football game, the county fair, or the church breakfast, and it starts conversations with people who have never heard of the place. Small-town pride tends to show up in everyday moments: the hardware store, the school pickup line, the family that drives back for the summer festival. Add a second line with a graduating class, a family name, or a street, and the shirt becomes specific to one person's life there. A mug suits the kitchen table where local news gets shared, and a hoodie is the practical choice for the cold months. Because the name is short and distinctive, it reads well in bold lettering, so pick a design that fits the way they dress.
