Gifts from Newton Upper Fal
Newton Upper Falls is a small village inside the city of Newton, just west of Boston, with a river running through it and a main street you can walk in a few minutes. People who grew up there tend to say they're from Upper Falls, not Newton, and they mean it. A shirt with the village name is how they claim that smaller place within the bigger one. It suits anyone who has moved away and still tells people where they're from, or a longtime resident who would rather be seen in a local shirt than a generic Massachusetts one. Because the name is long, the designs give you room to choose. Keep it as Newton Upper Falls on the front, or add a second line for a street, a school or the year they moved in. A hoodie works for cold New England mornings, and a mug is a good pick for the kitchen of someone who misses home.
