Gifts from Ninilchik
Ninilchik is a small Alaska village on the Kenai Peninsula, and people who grew up there or moved away carry it with them. A shirt with the village name is a way to say where you're from without a long explanation, and it lands well with someone who has left and gets homesick for the place. Since the name is specific and not widely known, the best way to make it personal is to add something from their own life: the year they graduated, the family they belong to, or a line that means something only to them. Many designs have a second line for exactly that. A hoodie suits someone who misses cold, clear winters, and a mug works well for a kitchen table where they start the day. The shirts come in light and dark, adult and kids sizes, so one design can cover a whole household.
Ninilchik gift questions
Can I add a second line to a Ninilchik design?
Many designs have a second line for a year, a name or a short note. Type it into the text box and the live preview will show how it sits under the village name.
Is there a design for kids?
Yes. Kids T-shirts, kids dark T-shirts and baby onesies are available for this word, so you can match the whole family.
Which product works best as a gift for someone who moved away?
Many people like the mug, since it gets used every day. The hoodie is a good choice if they miss the cold weather of home.
What sizes do the ninilchik shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Ninilchik gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
