Gifts from Oblong
Oblong is a small town, and that's the first thing to keep in mind. Someone from Oblong is likely proud of it in a specific, local way: the main street, the school, the people they grew up with, the hometown Friday night. A gift that names the town is how they claim it, whether they still live there or left years ago. Because the town is small, the people who'd appreciate this are often those who stayed, or who have a parent or grandparent still there. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a year, a street, a high school class or the family name that goes with the place. A hoodie fits the cold months, a mug fits the kitchen table they left behind, and a kids tee or onesie can carry the hometown into the next generation. Pick the product that matches how they spend their days, and let the town name do the rest.
