Picking a gift for an on site coordinator
An on site coordinator is the person who makes events happen in real places: they walk the venue before anyone arrives, sort out the vendor who's an hour late, and keep a running list of what's still missing while everyone else is looking at the stage. Their days are long, often outdoors, and mostly spent on their feet with a radio or phone in hand. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A tee they can wear to a load-in, a hoodie for the cold early call time, or a mug for the trailer or the office where they plan the next one. Put their job title on it, and if you know the company or the kinds of events they run, a second line can carry that. A shirt that says On Site Coordinator reads as a small piece of recognition, the kind of thing a person actually wears to work rather than tucks in a drawer.
On Site Coordinator gift questions
Can I add a company name or event type to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type a company name, an event type or a city there, and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a gift that works for a coordinator who's new to the job?
A tee or hoodie with their title is a good first-job gift. It recognizes the step they've taken and gives them something useful for the early, unglamorous shifts.
Can I order shirts for everyone on my event team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the on site coordinator shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an on site coordinator gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
