Picking a gift for an onsite case manager
An onsite case manager usually works inside a single place, a hospital, a school, a shelter or a clinic, and spends the day connecting people to housing, benefits, medication and the next appointment. The work is steady and often unseen, and the people who do it tend to carry a lot home with them. A gift that acknowledges the role itself, rather than a generic helping-professional shirt, tends to land. Add the site they work at, or the population they serve, in the second line, and the design starts to look like it came from someone who knows what the day is like. Many designs in this category have room for a name, so you can put their first name on a mug for the desk, or a hoodie for the cold drive in before sunrise. If you're buying for a whole team at one site, the Team Shop lets you order a single design and list everyone's name, so each person gets their own shirt in their own size.
Onsite Case Manager gift questions
Can I add the site or program name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the clinic, shelter, school or program name there and check the spacing in the live preview before ordering.
Is there a design that works for a whole care team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design and paste a list of names. You pick a size for each person, and every shirt prints with its own name.
Can I put a credential like LCSW or CCM on the design?
Yes, if it's their credential. Type it on its own line or after their name. When unsure how to write it, use their credential exactly as they list it on their badge.
What do case managers usually want as a gift?
Something practical they'll use at work or on the commute. A mug for the desk, a hoodie for cold mornings, or a tee for their day off are all good choices.
What sizes do the onsite case manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an onsite case manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
