Picking a gift for a payable representative
Accounts payable representatives sit at the point where invoices become payments, so their days are full of vendor questions, approval chains and month-end deadlines that most of the company never sees. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A soft tee they can wear on a casual Friday, a hoodie for the cold office or the commute, or a mug for the desk where they chase down missing purchase orders. The word itself is a mouthful, so consider putting their first name on the design or adding the company or department on the second line. It turns a job title into something personal. If you're buying for a whole finance team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt makes a thoughtful group gift without needing a single size chart.
Payable Representative gift questions
Can I add a company or department name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the department or company name there and check the preview before ordering.
Is there a shorter version of the title?
You can type any word into the text box, so try a shorter version like Accounts Payable or AP if that's how they usually refer to the job.
Can I order for a whole accounts payable team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the team's names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the payable representative shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a payable representative gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
