Picking a gift for a post doc fellowship
A postdoc fellow spends years on short contracts, grant deadlines and experiments that refuse to behave, often while being a few years older than the people they're trained beside and still figuring out what comes next. A gift that acknowledges that stretch lands well. A tee for the lab bench, a hoodie for the cold building at midnight, a mug for the coffee that keeps the western blot going. Put the word post doc fellowship on the shirt and it reads as a badge they earned, not just a job title. If you know their field or their lab's name, add it on a second line, since that's the detail labmates will notice. Many postdocs also hit a milestone at the end of a fellowship or on the way to a faculty job, so a hoodie with the year makes a good keepsake for that moment.
Post Doc Fellowship gift questions
Can I add a research field or lab name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type their field, a lab name or a year there. Check the preview before you order.
Is there a shirt for a postdoc who's leaving the fellowship?
A hoodie with the title and the year works well as a keepsake for the end of a fellowship, especially if they're moving on to a new job or faculty position.
Can I order for a whole postdoc group at once?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person, so every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the post doc fellowship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a post doc fellowship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
