Picking a gift for a practice architect
Architects spend long hours with drawings, client revisions and deadlines that move, and the people who love them often don't quite know what the job involves day to day. A gift that shows you noticed the work tends to land better than a generic tee. For a practicing architect, a shirt or mug with their title on it is a small, honest nod to the years of school and licensing that got them there. A hoodie suits the drafting table and the site visit, where it's cold before the sun is fully up. A mug works for the studio kitchen, where early coffee and late revisions share the same counter. Put their title on the front, and use the second line for a firm name, a studio, or the year they started practicing. It's a simple way to make the gift feel specific to their career rather than to architecture in general.
Practice Architect gift questions
Can I add a firm name or studio to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the firm or studio name there and check the preview before ordering.
Is there a shirt for a whole architecture team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the names of everyone on the team, and pick a size for each person.
Do the designs say licensed architect?
The main word is practice architect. If they hold a particular license or credential, you can type it into the second line.
Are there designs for a student or a new hire?
Many architects start as interns. If the person is still in school or early in their career, a shirt with their current title and the year they started is a good way to mark the milestone.
What sizes do the practice architect shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a practice architect gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
