Picking a gift for a project admin
Project admins keep the whole team on schedule. They track the calendar, chase the paperwork, book the meeting rooms and somehow know where every deliverable stands before anyone else does. Most of that work happens quietly, so a gift that says they're the one holding everything together tends to land well. A light tee for the office, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a mug that becomes their daily coffee station all work. Add a second line with their team, department or the name of the project they just wrapped, and the shirt becomes specific to their job rather than a generic office joke. If you're buying for a whole admin team, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which feels more like thanks than another box of pastries.
Project Admin gift questions
Can I add a team or department name to a project admin shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the team, department or company-neutral label you want there, and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Is there a dark shirt option for project admins?
Yes. Project admin designs come on dark tees as well as light ones, so you can pick the color that suits their wardrobe.
Can I order shirts for the whole project admin team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the project admin shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a project admin gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
