Picking a gift for a project management assistant
A project management assistant keeps the calendar, the meeting notes, the status reports and the thousand small threads that let a team actually ship. Their days are spent between people: chasing sign-offs, rebooking the kickoff that got moved again, and making sure the one document everyone needs is where they expect it. The gifts that land for this person tend to be practical and a little bit proud. A mug for the desk they spend their morning at, a tee they can wear on a Friday when the office relaxes, or a hoodie for the cold conference room that always seems to run a few degrees low. Make it theirs by putting their job title on it, or a line that shows you know the work, like Keeper of the Timeline or Project Support. Those small touches tell them you noticed what they do, and that matters more to a person whose contributions are often invisible when things go well.
Project Management Assistant gift questions
What's the difference between a project manager and a project management assistant?
The assistant usually supports the project manager with scheduling, documentation, tracking and communication. If you're not sure how they'd like their title written, type the exact wording they use into the text box so the design matches their job.
Can I add their name or team to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a name, team or department. Type it there and the live preview will show how it looks before you order.
Is there a gift for a whole project team?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. Paste the names, pick a size for each person, and everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it.
What's a good gift for a project assistant who's just been promoted?
A mug or hoodie with their new title works well. It's a small way to mark the step up without making the moment feel like a big production.
What sizes do the project management assistant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a project management assistant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
