Picking a gift for a property director
A property director usually runs the day-to-day of a building or portfolio: tenants, vendors, leases, the maintenance calls that come in at inconvenient hours. They're the person who gets blamed for the broken elevator and rarely gets thanked for the twenty fixes nobody noticed. A gift that acknowledges the job, rather than just the title, tends to land well. A tee for their office or site visits, a hoodie for the cold walk-throughs, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they drink while reviewing rent rolls. Title is the obvious choice, but a second line can carry more meaning: the name of the property they manage, the building, or the year they took the role. Keep the wording simple, since the best version is the one they'll be happy to wear in front of tenants and colleagues.
Property Director gift questions
Can I add the name of their property or company?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type in the building, community or company name. The preview shows how it fits before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title?
You can type any wording you like into the text box, including a shortened form such as Prop Director or just the initials they use at work.
What's a good gift for someone starting the role?
A mug or tee with their title and the year they started works well. It's useful day to day and marks the new job.
What sizes do the property director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a property director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
