Picking a gift for a recruiting internship
A recruiting intern is usually a student or early-career person sitting in on phone screens, sorting résumés and learning how to tell a good candidate from a great one, often while juggling a class schedule. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the effort without pretending they've already made it. A tee with the word recruiting intern on it is a nice nod for the first week of the internship, when they're trying to look put together in a suit and nobody has told them where the good coffee is. A hoodie fits the long days in an office with the air conditioning turned too high, and a mug is the one they'll bring back to the desk every morning. Add their name, the company's program year, or their school class, and it stops being a generic work shirt and becomes the thing they wear on the day they realize they like this job. If you're buying for a whole intern class, one design with each intern's name on their own shirt makes a better end-of-summer gift than another round of catered lunch.
Recruiting Internship gift questions
Can I add a company name or program year to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the company name, program or year there and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
What's a good gift for someone who just finished a recruiting internship?
A hoodie or tee with their name and the internship year is a good choice. It's something they'll wear as they start their next role and it marks the work they put in.
Do the designs work for a recruiter as well as an intern?
Yes. Type recruiter or recruiting in place of the internship line, or use the same design with a different second line. The wording is yours to set.
What sizes do the recruiting internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a recruiting internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
