Picking a gift for a relationship assoc
A relationship associate is the person who keeps customers, clients or partners feeling looked after, often through a phone line, a help desk or a steady stream of follow-up calls that nobody else notices. Their day is full of tricky conversations that end well only because they stayed patient and clear. A gift that acknowledges the job itself lands better than a generic work shirt. Think about the stretch of the year that's hardest for them, such as a busy renewal season or a big client rollout, and time the gift for that week. Add their name, a team or branch name, or the year they started, so the design feels like theirs. A hoodie suits a long shift in an office with the thermostat set too low, and a mug is handy on the desk where they make most of their calls.
Relationship Assoc gift questions
Can I add a team or branch name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a team, branch, or department. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to relationship associate?
A mug or a tee with their name and title marks the step up without being too formal. Pick something they can use at their desk or wear on a casual day.
Can I order shirts for a whole customer service team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the relationship assoc shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a relationship assoc gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
