Picking a gift for a resource director
A resource director usually sits between the people doing the work and the budget that makes it possible, juggling staff needs, training calendars, and the constant question of who can cover what. Depending on the organization, that might mean a school district, a hospital system, a county agency or a nonprofit, and the title can carry a lot of quiet responsibility. What lands well with someone in this role is a gift that acknowledges the spreadsheets and the hard conversations without being a joke about either. A tee or hoodie with their title on it works for office days and weekend errands alike. Add their department or organization name on the second line so it's clearly theirs, and it becomes a small sign that someone noticed what they do. For a team that wants to thank their director together, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's own name.
Resource Director gift questions
Can I add the organization or department name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the department, district or agency name there. The live preview shows how it will sit before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title that fits better?
You can type any wording into the text box, such as Resource Dir. or a version that matches how their office signs its emails. The preview updates as you type.
What's a good gift for a new resource director?
A mug or tee with their title and the year they started works well. It marks the new role without asking them to do anything with it.
What sizes do the resource director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a resource director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
