Picking a gift for a rn relief charge
An RN relief charge nurse is the person who walks the floor during a shift, picks up the gaps, and makes sure the unit doesn't fall apart when the census climbs. They're usually the most experienced nurse on the unit, the one who knows where the supplies are hidden and which patient needs a second look. A gift that acknowledges that role lands better than a generic nurse shirt. Put RN Relief Charge on the front, and use the second line for their unit, floor or shift, like ICU, Med-Surg or Nights, so it reads as theirs. Add their credential if they've earned one, such as CCRN or their credential, and the shirt becomes a small mark of the work they do. A hoodie is a practical pick for the cold break room and the long drive home after a double. A mug at the nurses' station is the kind of thing that gets used every day.
RN Relief Charge gift questions
Can I add my unit or shift to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a unit, floor, shift or credential. Type it in and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Is there a standard title for this role?
Titles vary by hospital, so the designs use the wording RN Relief Charge. If your hospital uses a different title, type in the one they use.
What's a good gift for a new relief charge nurse?
A hoodie or mug with their role and a line for the unit they transferred to or were promoted on. It marks the step up in a practical way.
Can I order for a whole charge team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the rn relief charge shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a rn relief charge gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
