Picking a gift for a scale operator
A scale operator spends the day on their feet, checking loads, reading tickets and keeping trucks moving, often in heat, cold or rain. The gifts they keep tend to be the practical ones that make the working day a little easier. A soft tee for the drive home, a hoodie for the chilly mornings at the scale house, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear from the break room. What lands best is something that shows you know what the job is. Put their title on it, or add the name of their site, company or shift if you know it. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a name, a crew or a year, and the preview shows you how it sits before you order. A gift that says scale operator on it makes it clear you see the work they do.
