Picking a gift for a script writer
Script writers spend long stretches alone with a blinking cursor, then sit in rooms where a single line of dialogue can take a whole afternoon to settle. They're the ones who notice when a scene drags, who keep track of every character's voice, and who live with a story long after the cameras have stopped rolling. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land better than something generic about movies. A soft tee or hoodie is ideal for the long writing sessions and the late nights in the writers' room. An 11 oz mug fits the coffee-fueled drafting that almost every writer does. Add a second line such as the project title, the studio, or a year they sold their first script, and the piece becomes personal rather than just a joke about screenwriting. For a writer who has been in the trenches for years, it says that someone saw the effort.
Script Writer gift questions
Can I add a project title or studio name to a script writer shirt?
Many designs have a second line for extra text. Type the project title or a year there and the preview will update so you can check how it looks before ordering.
Is there a gift for a new script writer?
A tee or mug with script writer and the year they started is a good choice for someone just beginning. It marks the start of their career without needing to be fancy.
Can I order shirts for a whole writing team?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person so every shirt prints with its own name.
Do you have designs for kids or babies?
Some designs come as kids tees and baby onesies. Use the product filter on the page to see which designs are available in those styles.
What sizes do the script writer shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a script writer gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
