Picking a gift for a self pay collector
A self pay collector spends the day calling people about bills they didn't expect to owe, and the calls are rarely easy. They work patient-first, explaining balances and payment plans, and they hear a lot of frustration that isn't really about them. A gift that acknowledges the work without making a joke of it tends to land best. A soft tee for a long stretch of phone time, a hoodie for the chilly office or the drive between appointments, or a mug that's clearly theirs for a desk that gets crowded with paperwork. Put the word on it as their job title, and add a name or a team line if that suits them. It turns a generic work shirt into something that reads as recognition of what they do every day.
Self Pay Collector gift questions
Can I add a name or team line under the job title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a team, or a department. Type it into the text box and the preview will show how it sits on the shirt.
Is there a version for a whole collections team?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. Paste the names, pick a size for each person, and everyone gets their own shirt with their name on it.
Do the designs work for both light and dark shirts?
Both are available. There are light and dark tees, and the design you choose will show on the color you pick.
What sizes do the self pay collector shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a self pay collector gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
