Picking a gift for a solution manager
A solution manager spends the day untangling other people's problems, often with a queue of tickets that never quite empties and a stakeholder who wants an answer yesterday. They're the one who translates between the engineers and the customer, keeps the rollout on track, and somehow still has to explain the delay to leadership. A gift that acknowledges that juggling tends to land well. A tee or hoodie they can wear to a long release weekend, or a mug for the desk where the coffee goes cold while they're on a call, speaks to the actual job. Add the word solution manager on the front, and a second line for their team, product or the year they took on the role, and it becomes a small nod to the work they do. If you're buying for the whole team after a big launch, the Team Shop lets you put each person's name on their own shirt from one design.
Solution Manager gift questions
Can I add a team or product name under solution manager?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the team, product or year there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a design for a whole solution team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for someone just promoted into the role?
A mug or hoodie with solution manager and the year they started is personal and useful, and it marks the move without being too formal.
What sizes do the solution manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a solution manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
