Gifts from Steinhatchee
Steinhatchee is a small fishing village on the Big Bend coast of Florida, where the Steinhatchee River meets the Gulf and people come for redfish, scalloping and quiet mornings on the water. Anyone who has spent time there, or whose family has, tends to carry it around, so a shirt or mug with the town's name is a way to say where they belong. For someone who grew up there or still goes back each season, the details that matter are the river, the boats, and the stretch of coast that feels a long way from anywhere. A tee for a day on the dock, a hoodie for cool mornings on the water, or a mug for the kitchen where they plan the next trip all land well. You can add a second line for a year they first visited, a family name, or the dock or street they stay on, which makes the gift more theirs than a generic souvenir.
