Picking a gift for a supervisor call
A supervisor call is someone who takes the phone calls, sits in on the escalations and gets pulled into the one problem the team couldn't solve on its own. The job is less about reading a script and more about staying calm when a customer or a coworker is upset and the clock is running. Gifts that land for them are the ones that acknowledge that. A tee they can wear on the days they're not on the floor, a hoodie for the cold break room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it stops disappearing from the supervisors' station. You can make it theirs by adding their name, their team or center, or the year they took the role. Put the job title on the front and their name underneath, and it reads as a real acknowledgment of the work rather than a generic office gift.
Supervisor Call gift questions
Can I add a team name or center to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a team, center or shift name there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a design for a supervisor who is also a team lead?
You can type your own wording into the text box, such as team lead or shift lead, in place of or alongside supervisor call. The preview shows how it fits.
What's a good gift for a supervisor who just got promoted?
A mug or hoodie with the job title and the year they took the role. It's useful, personal and marks the step up.
Can I order for everyone on a supervisor's team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the supervisor call shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a supervisor call gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
