Picking a gift for a supplemental manager
A supplemental manager is the person who keeps the operation running when the main schedule breaks down. They cover shifts, pick up the gaps, and often know the workplace from every angle because they've done almost every role at some point. Their days can be unpredictable, so the gifts they keep tend to be practical ones that go with them: a soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for cold early mornings, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off the break room counter. Putting the exact title on the product makes it feel like it was made for them rather than a generic work shirt. If you know their department, a second line can name it, and if you want to mark a milestone, a promotion year or the year they started is a meaningful touch. The designs come in light and dark shirts, a hoodie, and an 11 oz mug, so you can match the gift to how they like to dress for work.
Supplemental Manager gift questions
Can I add a department or a name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type their department, store, or name under the title. The preview updates so you can check it before ordering.
Is there a shorter version of the title I can use?
You can type any wording you like into the text box, so you can shorten it, use a common abbreviation, or write it the way their workplace says it.
Can I order for a whole team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to this role?
A mug or hoodie with their title and the year they moved into it is a good choice. It marks the promotion and gives them something they'll use every day.
What sizes do the supplemental manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a supplemental manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
